CEU Class: Customer Service

Class will consist of the development of customer service, how to interact with the different types of customers, and the introduction to the S.TA.R.S program which demonstrates how to deal with either the irate, demanding or indifferent customer. Attendees will watch videos and will be ask to participate in class discussion.
