Writing for Stress Relief and Wellness

Learn how you can use expressive writing for emotional and physical wellness. Aine will de-mystify "writing" and give tips and guidelines on how and why to use writing as pat of self-care. This 2-part class will include short writing practices and long term resources to maintain this practice.
