Colorado State University Music Audition Application (for Fall 2017 Admissions)
This audition application is for undergraduate applicants who are applying to Colorado State University's School of Music as a music major or minor. This application is to request an audition date and not a guarantee of acceptance into the School of Music, Theatre & Dance. Audition dates this year are 12/9/16, 2/18/17, 2/20/17, and 2/25/17.
