A individual and team CrossFit competition held at CrossFit Courage in Burlingame, CA. Athletes get to compete in a innovative collection of workouts that test their general physical capabilities. Prescribed and scaled options will be available, and if you don't want to compete alone, get a group of 4 (1 woman required) and battle as a team!
