September forum: Values-Based Introduction to the proposed UGB Expansion

The City Club of Central Oregon is pleased to present three forums on the City of Bend's Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) remand and possible expansion. The first of these will be September 18 and is intended to be education about the law, the process and the different values that might produce different perspectives.
