Law Review Symposium 2015 – Legal Innovation & Modern Entrepreneurship

At the broadest level, the Symposium seeks to explore the longstanding question of how law and legal institutions impact entrepreneurial activities. More specifically, we plan to focus on how innovations in intellectual property law and securities law are shaping the modern face of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial capital raising.
