PCP SMART Goal and Objective Writing Training

This training is required per LifeWays PCP procedure, every 2 years. The PCP is the cornerstone of providing services. SMART goals and objectives are required to make services specific, measurable and time framed. This training will provide an overview of Person Centered Planning and training on writing SMART goals and objectives.
