October 13th - Nonprofit Allyship and Creating Inclusive Spaces for LGBTQ Donors and Colleagues

This training provided by The Frederick Center includes: explaining the difference between sexual orientation & gender identity, discussing pronouns & basic vocabulary, community statistics, and how to create a welcoming work space and be an affirming ally. The session will conclude with Q+A, allowing participants to ask questions in a safe space.
