Aging Gracefully, Aging Gratefully
Using the theme of "gratitude" through all sessions, we will use prayer, music, easy movement, free resources and shared experiences for aging gracefully. Each session will contain something creative and a surprise to take home with you as a reminder of our topic. Each session's fee includes noon prayer and lunch with the sisters. Fee: $45 session.
