Hands on Brisket Class

Join us for a class on our favorite type of cut-Brisket! This crash course in "a workhorse meal" will be instructed by Doug Driscoll, founder of Just Grillin and head cook of the Tampa based Just Grillin BBQ team. This comprehensive course in brisket will be offered in with a demonstration course and a hands on course option.
