A Lean Product Development Immersive Learning Experience

Workshop participants will learn to focus and work as a team for a deep understanding of what their customer wants then develop processes to consistently create and deliver new products and services. Tools may include concept papers as well as charts/graphs in a war room or “big room,” setting – the meaning of the often-used Japanese term “obeya.”
