Aligning and Executing on Your Organizational Objectives

Workshop participants will learn to engage all levels of an organization to develop & deploy a strategy to achieve annual objectives while tracking progress with the multi-step “Hoshin Kanri” process. Through immersive simulations of probable conditions, they will debate to mutual agreement, then make decisions that align with an agreed-on mission.
