Officer Besser Memorial Sunshine 5k: Walk, Waddle, Run!

This is a family fun run raising funds for Backing the Blue Line and Officer Besser Memorial Scholarship Fund. Officer Besser loved the time he served as an officer and school liaison for the Elk River School District. He loved people and especially enjoyed the students. He had a strong relationship with God and was always serving others.
