Mental Health First Aid for Adult Care Givers

This training is FREE to people who care for or interact with seniors (Aged 55 & older).Anyone can attend - clinicians, medical staff, housekeeping, food services, office staff, and care givers. Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour course that teaches how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health.
