Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an eight-hour course over two days that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. THE MHFA COURSE IS SCHEDULED OVER TWO DAYS WHICH YOU MUST ATTEND: Wednesday, November 8 from 9:00 am-1:30 pm and Thursday, November 9 from 9:00 am-1:30 pm.
