Wellness Wednesday: Introduction to Mindfulness

In this interactive seminar, participants will be introduced to the concept of Mindfulness and be provided with several techniques to practice. At its core, Mindfulness is an “active” form of meditation. Individuals will learn to attain a stronger hold over their thoughts, feelings, and emotions as they develop their skills and begin practicing.
