The new mural overlooking Fleisher’s parking lot and sponsored by DaVinci Art Alliance and the Mural Arts Program was executed by two talented local artists: Samantha Kovnat and Maria Roman. In this talk with both artists along with Mural Arts COO Magda Martinez we will discuss the function of murals in Philadelphia.
