Untangling Titles: Navigating Title Transfers, Deed Issues, and Estate Administration

The training will cover the probate process, drafting simple deeds, quiet title actions and much more . Participating attorneys must submit a $25 non-refundable fee and agree to take 1 pro bono case within 1 year of training. Pro bono attorneys will receive malpractice insurance, case support, and access to mentors.
