POLST Training for Providers in Hawaii
The workshop includes reviewing the POLST orders, initiating POLST and Advance Care Planning (ACP) conversations including ACP decision video aides tools and role-playing. The faculty are experts from our Hawaii community, all with direct experience of discussing and completing POLST.
