CLASS-Septic Systems, Wells and Structural Defects (3.0 Clock Hours)
Realtors in rural areas, or areas of a city not yet serviced by city water sewage and supply systems, should have a good understanding of these systems in order to help home buyers understand the systems better themselves. This course will cover septic systems, wells and identifying structural defects.
