Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative Celebration

Come celebrate the accomplishments of the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative since April 2015. The audience will be all nursing homes in the collaborative and interested stakeholders. Several nursing homes will present their quality improvement projects and we will outline the next steps for the collaborative through 2018.
