The Healing Secrets of Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Yogi Amrit Desai
Kashi Ashram is graced to be hosting Yogi Amrit Desai (long time friend of Ma Jaya) as he teaches about the healing secrets of yoga and yoga nidra. He will be using the Amrit Method of yoga/yoga nidra to handle daily challenges that create stress in your life.
