The Department of Watershed Management and the Office of Communications & Community Relations presents the 4th Annual Trick or Treatment Tour! Come tour the City's drinking water treatment facility and enjoy an evening of Halloween fun! You must be 10 years old to attend the tour, unless accompanied by an adult. Costumes are welcome!
