A Modern French Twist: Taking Notes From Julia Child & Jacques Pépin - Summer Camp For Teens

This half day summer camp, inspired by renowned French Chefs Julia Child and Jacques Pépin, will add modern twists as we experiment in the kitchen using time honored French culinary traditions. On the last day of camp we’ll have a competition! We'll emphasize knife skills, kitchen safety, cleanliness and healthy eating habits throughout the week.
