Baking Workshop: New York Style Bagels & Flavored Cream Cheeses with Bill the Baker

In this 3- hour workshop Bill the Baker will share the secrets to making delicious chewy New York Style Bagels. We’ll work with cinnamon raisin dough and plain dough that can be made into Sesame or Poppy Seed Bagels. While the bagels are in the oven, Bill will demonstrate three different cream cheese spreads. A great class for adults & children!
