Emilia-Romagna & Le Marche are the culinary heart of Italy & home of Prosciutto, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena & Parmigiano-Reggiano. In class Chef Deja will teach: Calamari Ripieni en Salsa Di Pomodoro: Stuffed Calamari, Tortellini en Brodo: Turkey, Mortadella, Prosciutto & Parmesan Filled Pasta & Strawberries w/ Balsamic Vinegar & Mascarpone.
