Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Farm is our knowledgable instructor for this hands on fresh cheese making class. We will produce an unripened cheese using a simple vinegar or sour wine coagulation method. We’ll make a salted and fresh herb rubbed version and use molds for shaping. We will also learn about variations in curd consistency.
