Made from Scratch: Authentic Handmade Italian Cuisine with Chef Deja Hart and Melody Reynolds

In this hands on Italian cooking class we will make a 3-course meal completely from scratch - including the cheese! Chef Deja Hart & Melody Reynolds will teach: Handmade Ricotta Cheese, Tortellini and Calamari with Soffritto, Tomato and White Wine-Garlic Scape Sauce and Traditional Sicilian Cannoli. We will taste wines to compliment the menu.
