Exploring Vietnamese Cuisine with Chef Deja Hart

In this hands on class taught by Chef Deja Hart we’ll learn to make a delicious menu of Vietnamese Pho a flavorful beef and pork broth soup with thinly sliced beef, Bahn Mi a roasted pork sandwich with pate, pickled carrots, daikon & chilies and Lychees in Coconut Milk with Sago Pearls of dessert. We’ll taste wine to compliment the menu.
