Farmer’s Market Fresh: Cooking Fresh Locally Caught Fish

Rhode Island has a rich abundance of fresh & delicious fish! In this hands on class Chef Deja will teach us to filet a fish, cook a whole fish, cure fish and how to get a perfect golden sear. We’ll sample a variety of fresh local fish and discuss their flavor profiles and cooking nuances and eat everything we make in class. Wine tasting too.
