Almost every great dish begins with a sauce! Learn classic sauce making as we master Veloute, Espagnole and Remoulade Sauces. We'll taste each sauce in a simple dish and eat everything we make. This is part 2 in a two part series. Take each class individually or as a set. We'll also taste wine to compliment the menu.
