Cook Like a Pro Camp for Children 8 - 12 years old

This 1/2 day camp is for children who have already begun to build their culinary knowledge base and skills. On day 1, we’ll go over the building blocks of cooking from scratch - mise en place, mirepoix & holy trinity(s) and basic cooking techniques. On days 2, 3 and 4 we’ll create our own original recipes. Day 5 is a fun, friendly competition!
