Making Homemade Ricotta Cheese with Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn

Making ricotta cheese is simple & tastier than any store bought variety! In this hands on class we’ll make 3 varieties using different cultures and acidity levels. There will be plenty to take home samples and we will taste homemade ricotta in handmade cannolis and hors d’ oeuvres and taste wines to compliment them.
