In this hands on class, Pastry Chef Barbara Sarno will teach us to make an easy and versatile base dough that we will turn into show stopper gourmet desserts, tarts and cookies! We’ll learn the classic doughs: Pate Sucree, Pate Sable, Pate Brisee & Pate Foncer and how to use them. We'll also learn simple garnish techniques using these doughs.
