Learn to use fresh and rare Indian spices in dishes from age-old family recipes. Mary will show you how to prepare 3 dishes: Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, Shahi Paneer. We will also make a modern Lemony Red Lentil Dhal, tamarind sauce, hand-made Chapati bread and true Indian Masala Chai tea. Each student will get Indian spices to take home.
