Cheese Making 101 with Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Farm

Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn is the instructor for this hands on fresh cheese making class. We will make an unripened cheese using a simple vinegar method. We’ll make a salted and fresh herb rubbed version and work with molds to shape the cheese. We will also learn about curd consistency and how to create your own unique cheese. Wine tasting
