Join Chef Deja Hart in this hands on class where we will shuck and bake oysters, filet a round fish, make ceviche and learn creative cooking and crusting techniques for fish fillets. Menu: Raw Oysters with Traditional Mignonette, Ancho Chili Baked Oysters, Ceviche & Herb and Almond Crusted Whitefish. Wine tasting too.
