Join us for this hands-on Southern Italian inspired class! Menu: Insalata Calabrese (Calabrian tomato salad), Pesce spada alla Bagnarese (Calabrian Swordfish with capers and lemon), Scarola aglio e olio (Brasied greens with garlic and olive oil), Ricotta al forno al limo (Baked lemon ricotta cheesecake) and Antipasto. Italian wine tasting too.
