Cooking is by nature a creative experiment! In this practical, hands-on cooking & baking class we’ll make custards, cakes, sauces, soups and more as we learn to critically think about everything that goes into a recipe - what flavors, textures, colors and aromas. No prior kitchen experience necessary. Meets monthly through December.
