The Basics with Mary: Homemade Pasta, Sauce & Pesto

There’s nothing better than homemade pasta and a delicious, easy to make red sauce and seasonal pesto! A great winter night project or dinner party theme, it’s always more fun to make pasta together! We'll make dough from scratch and learn to make Fettuccine, Farfalle, Ravioli & Tortellini. We'll taste Italian wine to compliment the menu.
