Mastering Thai Cuisine & Curry Paste Workshop with Chef Deja Hart

This is a hands on cooking class where we'll learn to make Chef Deja Hart's favorite winter warmer Thai curry pastes & dishes. As former Executive Chef at boutique Thai and Indonesian Chakra Restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA she honed her love of and knowledge of Thai flavors, spices and techniques. We'll taste wine & beer to compliment the menu.
