These light, fluffy and delightfully beautiful little round sandwich cookies are oh so delicious and each one is a piece of art. Join us for this hands on class taught by the owner of Rose Macarons. We’ll use the French technique and make two flavors: Irish Stout Chocolate and Pot of Gold Lemon Drop macarons. We’ll also have Irish libations to sip.
