Regional Italian Cuisine with Chef Marco Minieri: Fish 101

Take a virtual trip to Bologna, Italy with Chef Marco Minieri, former Executive Chef at Pasta Beach and owner of the new authentic Italian food company, Bottega Bocconi. Chef Marco will teach Pasta w/ Shrimp Spaghetti Vongole (clams) & Zuppa ai frutti di mare (fish soup). We will eat everything we make in class and taste Italian wines too.
