Regional Italian with Chef Marco Minieri: Fish, Meat and Eggs

Take a virtual trip to Bologna, Italy with Chef Marco Minieri, former Executive Chef at Pasta Beach and owner of the new authentic Italian food company, Bottega Bocconi. Chef Marco will teach Pesce al cartoccio, Scaloppina ai Funghi and a Classic Italian Frittata. We will eat everything we make in class and taste Italian wines too.
