Commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Thirteenth Amendment and the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act on February 27 at 1:30 pm with Rep. G. K. Butterfield. President Lincoln's Cottage and the Armed Forces Retirement Home are proud to partner for this annual Black History Month program.
