SPARK Kindness, Inc. Event

From diapers to driver’s licenses, parenting hangs on our ability to manage the ups and downs of everyday life and to model positive, adaptive and reflective choices in the face of challenges. In this 1/2 day "boot camp" version of SPARK Kindness, we will focus on grit, resiliency and positive mindset as tools to use in everyday stress.
