Session Yoga Teacher Training
Session School of Yoga Teacher Training program begins March 6th 2015 through May 31st 2015. You will learn how to teach vinyasa yoga, an in depth study of asana, assisting techniques, yoga philosphy and meditation. This is a 10 week program is held on weekends.
