Session Yoga Teacher Training

Session School of Yoga Teacher Training program begins August 14th 2015 through November 15th 2015. You will learn to teach vinyasa yoga, anatomy of asana, assisting techniques, yoga philosphy and meditation. This is a 10 week program is held on weekends.
