LOCA & LPAPA Presents: Laguna Landscapes - Indoor Plein Air Painting Experience

Participants (ages 9 & up) will work in studio alongside LPAPA Signature Mentors Rick J. Delanty, Gil Dellinger & Rita Pacheco and learn about unique locations & how to paint a finished plein air masterpiece. Materials list will be supplied via email after registration. This program is presented by LOCA & LPAPA through grant funding.
