LOCA & LPAPA Presents: Plein Air Experience with Rita Pacheco

LPAPA Signature Artist Rita Pacheco will lead this adult landscape painting workshop. Participants will learn about the plein air painting experience from start to finish and take home finished art. A recommended art materials list will be supplied via email after registration. This is a grant funded program presented by LOCA and LPAPA.
